APARTMENT REVIEWS IN Coeur d'Alene

Just rented a studio apartment here and the office staff are my heroes! They worked tirelessly to get the voluminous paperwork I needed, sorted, edited, corrected and approved. Thanks girls! The apartment is spotless and convenient, with lots of closets and storage space. There is an on site laundry facility, very clean and easy to use and grounds are lovely with big trees and lots of grass, all well taken care of. Highly recommended. Update: 2/4/25 Shout out to Joseph, from our wonderful maintenance team for plowing between the cars that are unprotected from the weather! You rock.

I had a great experience living here. My neighbors were great. Being an older woman they were good on helping me if it was needed. Kids are kids. Looking for the next adventure. Cinda and Everett were great. Cinda is very helpful in letting you know what is needed and filling out the paper work. Moving as fast as they can on getting you moved in. Everett's is amazing on fixing problems in the apartments. If you follow the complex rules its a great place to live.

Has gotten better over the recent year. The office staff is especially amazing and very kind. If you’re looking for a place to rent I would recommend giving lakeside manor a chance 🙂

Cynda is a Rockstar I have never had someone be so proactive for me she works very hard and is great at what she does . I'm so excited to be moving in today

Over the past 3 yrs. 4 mos. that I’ve lived at Lakeside Manor Apartments I’ve made friends with residents and management staff alike. The manager, Cynda, always works towards a positive resolution to whatever matter matter may arise and the maintenance man, Everet, is knowledgeable and hard working. I will miss my life at Lakeside Manor Apartments.

Love this place

The ladies in the office are amazing and very helpful. I really appreciate their insight, assistance, and they are so informative. I really like that they explain the paperwork in ways that I can understand. They listen to my concerns and show empathy for my situation. I am so grateful to them for everything.

Cynda, Everett and the team are amazing. Very responsive and kind! Grounds look like a park, nice property!

I am so so pleased living here. Manager and staff very helpful. I truly in almost 2 years have not had one issue or complaint.

Being a tenant, it has always been a pleasure working with the management here. Very helpful, and if there is a problem they are quick at taking care of it.
