The management team is super friendly. The apartments are well kept. The maintenance crew does a really great job making sure they get to your complaints to fix things that are wrong on the property and in your unit. Overall I've had a really good experience with the management of this apartment complex and the maintenance crew. As long as you're open and honest with them they will work with you and they go above the line of excellence so as long as you do your part and openly communicate with them.

Just rented a studio apartment here and the office staff are my heroes! They worked tirelessly to get the voluminous paperwork I needed, sorted, edited, corrected and approved. Thanks girls! The apartment is spotless and convenient, with lots of closets and storage space. There is an on site laundry facility, very clean and easy to use and grounds are lovely with big trees and lots of grass, all well taken care of. Highly recommended. Update: 2/4/25 Shout out to Joseph, from our wonderful maintenance team for plowing between the cars that are unprotected from the weather! You rock.

I had a great experience living here. My neighbors were great. Being an older woman they were good on helping me if it was needed. Kids are kids. Looking for the next adventure. Cinda and Everett were great. Cinda is very helpful in letting you know what is needed and filling out the paper work. Moving as fast as they can on getting you moved in. Everett's is amazing on fixing problems in the apartments. If you follow the complex rules its a great place to live.

The manager, Cynda, always works towards a positive resolution to whatever matter matter may arise and the maintenance man, Everet, is knowledgeable and hard working. I will miss my life at Lakeside Manor Apartments.

For the price, these apartments are nice for the disabled (and elderly). They are in a great location for shopping and bus lines etc. They were recently renovated. The management is great, on top of things, accommodating & professional plus just good people with the exception of noise and neighbor complaints taking a life time to resolve (but that is more a corporate thing). There will always be folks who get on your nerves, however most of my neighbors are amazing.

I have lived in the Lakeside Manor Apartments for a few years now. When I first moved in, they had just been renovated and were gorgeous. I am happy to say, I still love it and the complex is still just as beautiful as when I came here. That is proof to me that not only is maintenance awesome, but it all starts with management.
