I had submitted my paperwork for an apartment and Cynda Higgins was awesome in helping me complete my application correctly so I could get on the waiting list. Her "first impression" with me, was of someone who genuinely cares and wants to make it as easy as possible for someone to find a new place to live. Thank you Cynda!

Just rented a studio apartment here and the office staff are my heroes! They worked tirelessly to get the voluminous paperwork I needed, sorted, edited, corrected and approved. Thanks girls! The apartment is spotless and convenient, with lots of closets and storage space. There is an on site laundry facility, very clean and easy to use and grounds are lovely with big trees and lots of grass, all well taken care of. Highly recommended. Update: 2/4/25 Shout out to Joseph, from our wonderful maintenance team for plowing between the cars that are unprotected from the weather! You rock.

I had a great experience living here. My neighbors were great. Being an older woman they were good on helping me if it was needed. Kids are kids. Looking for the next adventure. Cinda and Everett were great. Cinda is very helpful in letting you know what is needed and filling out the paper work. Moving as fast as they can on getting you moved in. Everett's is amazing on fixing problems in the apartments. If you follow the complex rules its a great place to live.

Has gotten better over the recent year. The office staff is especially amazing and very kind. If you’re looking for a place to rent I would recommend giving lakeside manor a chance 🙂

Cynda is a Rockstar I have never had someone be so proactive for me she works very hard and is great at what she does . I'm so excited to be moving in today
